Order Cancellations, Product Returns & Expedite Fees

Products are generally not Cancellable or Returnable. Standard products may be considered for cancellation or return upon Cobham's review. Fees may be applied.

Order Cancellations:
Upon Cobham review and acceptance, the following minimum fees are charged if goods are cancelled prior to shipment:
- After order is placed but prior to manufacture: 20% of price
- After manufacturing has begun or is complete: 30% of price

Product Returns:
Upon Cobham review and acceptance for return after shipment, the following terms and fees would apply:
- Products must be pre-authorized with a Return Material Authorization, and returned within 30 days from original ship date with freight prepaid.
- A 60% Credit will be processed for products in original and re-sellable condition.
- No returns allowed past 30 days after original shipment.

Custom built-to-order products are not cancellable or returnable.

Expedite Fees:
AOG* - Warranty - no additional cost. The aircraft tail number, part number and serial number are required.
AOG* - Non-Warranty - Expedite Fee is 100% of the cost of the part. The aircraft tail number, part number and serial number are required.
Expedite - Cut lead-time by 1/4 - Expedite Fee is 25% of the cost of the part.
Expedite - Cut lead-time by 1/2 - Expedite Fee is 50% of the cost of the part.
Expedite - Cut lead-time by 3/4 - Expedite Fee is 75% of the cost of the part.
Expedite - 1-3 Business Days - Expedite Fee is 100% of the cost of the part.

*AOG - Customer MUST be replacing a Cobham unit to qualify as AOG
